Terms of Use

By creating an account on Greein or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Greein Technologies Private Limited ("Greein").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all applicable fees, Greein grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business operations (managing marketing campaigns and patient communications for your clinic or hospital network). You may not: (a) sublicence, resell, or white-label the platform without written consent; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code; (c) use the platform to develop a competing service; (d) scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform via automated means.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify Greein immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Each subscription covers one clinic or organisation. Multi-location hospital networks require an Enterprise plan. You may create additional user seats within your plan limits. You are responsible for ensuring that all users who access the platform under your account comply with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Greein platform to: • Send unsolicited communications (spam) to patients who have not consented • Store, transmit, or process any data that infringes intellectual property rights • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices • Violate any applicable law including DPDP Act 2023, IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, or TRAI regulations for commercial communications • Transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt systems Greein reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

Greein charges a monthly or annual subscription fee as described on the pricing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for the remaining period. Greein reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price. Ad spend flows directly from your connected Meta/Google accounts — Greein does not hold or charge for ad spend.

Greein retains all rights to the platform, its underlying software, AI models, and brand assets. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the platform (patient records, campaign briefs, ad creatives). You grant Greein a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the contracted service. Greein may use anonymised, aggregated performance data (with no personally identifiable information) to improve the platform and publish aggregate industry benchmarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greein's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim. Greein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, loss of patients, or loss of data, even if Greein has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Greein does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes (e.g., a minimum number of leads or appointments) unless stated in a separate written Service Level Agreement.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Greein may terminate your account immediately and without notice if you: materially breach these Terms; become insolvent; or engage in conduct that Greein determines to be harmful to the platform or other customers. On termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through escalation to senior management, followed by mediation if necessary.

Greein may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and cancel your subscription before the effective date. For questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].
