Greein Technologies Private Limited ("Greein", "we", "our", or "us") is a company incorporated in India, operating a SaaS platform that provides AI-driven digital marketing and patient growth tools to hospitals and clinics. We collect the following categories of information: Account & Registration Data: Name, email address, phone number, clinic/hospital name, GST number, and payment details provided when you create a Greein account. Platform Usage Data: Campaign configurations, ad performance data, CRM patient records (entered by your clinic staff), automation workflow settings, and integration credentials. Patient Data (on behalf of clinics): Patient names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment history, and communication logs that your clinic uploads or that are captured via our lead sources. This data is processed as a data processor on your instructions, not as a controller. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data, and cookies when you use our website or platform. Communications: Emails, WhatsApp messages, and support tickets sent to our team.

We use your information for the following purposes: • To provide, operate, and improve the Greein platform and services • To process payments and send billing notifications • To send service communications: account alerts, product updates, and security notices • To send performance reports (e.g., weekly digest emails) as part of the contracted service • To provide customer support and respond to your queries • To comply with legal obligations under Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and platform abuse We do not use your data or your patients' data to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in and provide written consent.

We do not sell your data to any third party. We share data with the following categories of parties only as necessary to deliver the service: Sub-processors: AWS (hosting, SES email), Razorpay (payments), Anthropic (AI inference — anonymised requests only), Redis Labs (caching). A full sub-processor list is available on request. Advertising Platforms: When you connect Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other ad platforms, your campaign data is shared with those platforms to operate your campaigns. This is at your explicit instruction. Legal & Regulatory: We may disclose information if required to do so by a court order, law enforcement authority, or applicable Indian regulation.

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted upon written request. Patient CRM data is retained for as long as your clinic account is active. On account deletion, all patient records are purged within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (e.g., total platform-wide lead counts) may be retained indefinitely as it does not identify any individual.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate personal data • Erase your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations) • Know the identities of all data fiduciaries and processors with whom your data has been shared • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent • Nominate a representative to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. Our marketing website (greein.ai) uses cookies to: • Keep you signed in to the platform • Remember your preferences (e.g., monthly/annual pricing toggle) • Analyse website traffic via anonymised analytics You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect some functionality of the platform.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures: • AES-256 encryption for all credentials and sensitive fields stored in our database • TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit • Row-level database isolation: no two clinic accounts share the same data rows • Access control: Greein staff can only access platform data for active support tickets, with full audit logging • Regular security audits and penetration testing Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please do not share your Greein password with anyone.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and display a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Greein after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
